Our
Unique Services: All
plated and buffet service for lunch or dinner receives Reflections
specialty salad served to each guest.
Also included are china, stemware and silverware, plus standard
table linens for your guest and all buffet table linens, serving utensils
and equipment.
2.
Service
Charge: Please
add 15% to all events requiring wait staff for over 50 people.
Please add 20% service charge to all events requiring wait staff
for under 50 people.
3.
Cancellations:
Should a cancellation be necessary, your deposit
minus event planning coordination (a fee of 10% of estimate or minimum of
$100) will be transferred to a future event (good up to one year).
NOTE: A fee of 75% of the total event cost will be invoiced if a
cancellation is made within two weeks of the scheduled date.
This applies to all cancellations.
4.
Deposits: Deposit schedule for your contracted event is outlined as
follows: 30% of your estimate
is due with signed contract; additional 30% is due at the halfway date
between your contract date and your actual event date.
The remaining balance is due the night of the event.
5.
Payments: Payment for your event may be made with cash, check or
cashier’s check.
6.
Guarantees:
A guaranteed guest count must be communicated to your
event planner 7 days prior to a scheduled event. It will be your responsibility to contact us with this
guarantee (the guest count). If
a guarantee is not received, we will prepare and charge for the highest
estimated guest count.
7.
Reflections
Catering will be prepared to serve food portions 5% over your guarantee.
8.
Food
and beverage prices are subject to change due to market conditions.
Menu prices and services will be guaranteed 60 days prior to your
event. In addition,
Reflections Catering reserves the right to make a policy change in good
faith with 60 days notice.
9.
Reflections
Catering is not responsible for stolen or lost items.
10.
Reflections
Catering will be responsible for the temperature and quality of the
products we serve at your event. We
will be happy to leave the leftovers with you providing you have adequate
temperature-controlled refrigeration
available. Health Department
regulations and liability issues are to be managed and identified.
11.
Lunch
menu items may only be selected for events that begin prior to 3:00 p.m.
12.
Reflections
Catering will not be responsible for good quality or temperature
fluctuations due top delays of 30 minutes or more within the scheduled
good service start time.
13.
Contract: A formal contract will be administered by your event planner
to reserve your special event.
Additional
Services:
A
.75 cent per person cake cutting fee is required. This fee includes a china plate,
dessert
fork and service staff for cake presentation.
Auxiliary tables: Bridal table, cake table, gift
table, name card table, registration table
and DJ table.
Standard linen tablecloth and skirting $25 per table.
